Application Review Workshop - Hourly - 10 am to 5 pm

Project applications due by 5 p.m.

2/3/12

District notifies applicants of award status. District proceeds with project negotiation and preparation of Financial Assistance Agreements.

5/4/12

District and grantees begin to sign individual Financial Assistance Agreements.

6/1/12

Projects are implemented and reimbursements may begin. Quarterly reports are due beginning 105 days after the agreement is returned to the recipient and every 90 days thereafter until the end of the project.

Project End

A final report is due for each project within 30 days of project completion. Upon District approval of final report, any remaining grant funds will be disbursed to the grantee.  Grant recipients must retain records for three years.
