2007 Grant Timeline

12-08-2006

Application packages available.

02-09-2007

Applications due by 5 p.m. and review begins.

04-01-2007

District notification of award status to applicants. District proceeds with project negotiation and preparation of Financial Assistance Agreements.

05-01-2007

District signs agreement with Missouri Department of Natural Resources and signs Financial Assistance Agreements with grant recipients.

06-05-2007

Projects are implemented and reimbursements begin. Quarterly reports are due beginning 105 days after the agreement is signed and every 90 days thereafter until the end of the project.

Project End

A final report is due for each project within 30 days of project completion. Upon District approval of final report, any remaining grant funds will be disbursed to the grant recipient.  Grant recipients must retain records for three years.

2007 Application - Forms Only

The following forms can be filled out and printed for submitting with the full grant application. With the Microsoft Word and Excel documents, save a copy of each file to your computer. The PDF version of the General Forms may be easier to fill out but you may not be able to save it on your computer. All of the forms can be completed and printed for submitting with the full grant proposal.

Budget Forms

Budget Forms (Microsoft Excel)

The budget forms used in the grant application are available in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that includes formulas that automatically total and calculate percentages, etc., based on the data entered. Once the sub-catagory pages are complete, the totals will automatically appear in the Project Budget Summary. The spreadsheet contains the following worksheets:
