Excerpt: "This is the St. Louis teachers Recycle Center and what you are experiencing today is our new play your art out studio so we give children things to play with so they can come in and makes art and they seem to go really well together" Susan says. Ex-teacher Susan Blanford is the founder of this new non profit that helps companies recycle their by-products. "It's all materials that were headed to a landfill from industry or individuals" Susan says. Then she shows kids that you can make art out of almost anything! The lesson plan in this business is simple. RECYCLE, because your trash could turn into someone else's unburied treasure!

The St. Louis Teacher's Recycle Center is located in Crestwood Court and in Chesterfield Mall. For more info or to find out how you can donate supplies head to www.SLTRC.com or call (636) 227-7095.

From the kitchen, to the curb, to the Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs) - where the co-mingled recyclables (paper, plastic, bottles, cans, etc.) are mechanically sorted, bundled and marketed for reuse.

Participants - homeowners and businesses - save time and space by collecting recyclables in one container.
Combined collection for mechanical sorting - The Single-Stream Way!
