This program opens October 6th, 2024.

1. Open the "Plan Implementation Program (PIP) Grant Proposal Application.pdf" form.
2. Complete the application and save a copy to your computer for your records.
3. Upload the completed application from your computer to the "File Upload" section below.
4. Hit submit and wait for the confirmation screen.
5. Required: Please submit an electronic application via our website portal (below) AND a paper copy to The District by the calendar submittal date.
